By renting from Last Nights Dress NZ ("we", "us", "our") you agree to the following terms. Please read them before confirming your rental.
Standard rentals cover one event (typically 4 days including delivery and return). Your rental period begins on the day the dress is delivered and ends when it is dropped off to NZ Post for return. Extended rentals must be agreed in writing via Instagram DM before the rental begins.
All bookings are made via Instagram DM at @lastnightsdressnz. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
We provide size and measurement details on each listing and are happy to send additional photos or measurements on request. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds if a dress does not fit once it has been shipped. Please check sizing carefully before confirming your booking.
You are responsible for returning the dress in the same condition it was sent. Please do not:
We handle all cleaning after each rental. Simply return the dress as-is.
The dress must be dropped off to NZ Post by the agreed return date. Late returns may incur a fee of $10 per day, as it may affect the next renter's booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate a late return.
We collect only the personal information necessary to process your rental (name, address, contact details). We do not share your information with third parties. By booking with us you consent to us storing your details for the purposes of fulfilling your rental.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Last Nights Dress NZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
